RECAP was a leading provider of financial operations consulting services. It was founded in 1989 by Jon Casher and Bob Metzger. Our clients included many of the world's largest and most respected organizations. In 2007, Jon Casher left to work full-time at Casher Associates, Inc. In April 2010, Bob, Metzger passed away.


Jon was and is founder and President of Casher Associates, Inc. a consulting firm specializing in information, technology, process management and project management. He has extensive experience consulting with financial operations and information technology organizations in diverse industries. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and workshops.

Prior to forming RECAP, Bob served as Vice President of Accounting Services at Goldman Sachs and Company and as a Vice President at Citibank, N.A. running the Corporate Payables Department.
