Cancellation and refund policy:
Registration fees, less a service charge of $199, are refundable upon written notification prior to February 20, 2008. No refunds will be provided after February 19, 2008 . Substitution of participants is permissible with prior notification.

Conference Hotel registration:
Rooms have been set aside for conference registrants at the Fort Lauderdale Embassy Suites at the discounted rate of $229 for a single or double occupancy. For reservations, please call 1-800-EMBASSY and specify the EAP Group or book online. Embassy Suites goes directly to the hotel's reservations page for our group. A limited number of rooms are available for up to three days before or after the conference at these rates. Register with the hotel by February 1, 2008 (provided our room block is not filled) to receive our special rate. The hotel is non-smoking and an all suites hotel located 1.5 miles from the Fort Lauderdale beach and 2 miles from the airport.
